To see whether it reaches your home, farm or business, open the coverage section, pick your department and then your city or municipality. If service shows up in your area, message +57 310 654 6963 on WhatsApp to choose a plan. If it does not, confirm with the company before signing up.
Once the connection fee payment is confirmed, the installation order is issued within 48 hours. Payments are made by PSE, Baloto or credit card, and the contact center answers 24 hours a day, every day, on 01 8009 13 14 97.
